Most of these Colonial-style houses are perfectly built inside spacious square-shaped lots with ample distance between each household ensuring a private and comfortable living environment. This rural community boasts streets filled with mature trees that give off a relaxing ambiance that’s the perfect scenery when coming home after a hard day’s work. Homes in this area are priced at $1 million to $3 million, 3,000 square feet of living space, and 2 to 6 bedrooms with 2 to 5 baths. Because of its prime location, only a few homes are left open for sale in this neighborhood. Since some of the houses were constructed in the 1900s, most families opted to retain the houses’ external architectural features and made some repairs and renovations in the late 1900s. If you’re interested in buying in this district, you can opt to do your own renovations and repairs as well.
