Watertown Map
Watertown beautifully sits between several neighborhoods, including Newton Corner and Nonantum to the south, Waltham to the west, and Belmont up north. The south boundary runs along part of the Charles river, starting from the west near Farwell Street. The edge continues to follow the river’s bends from here until California Street and Watertown Street intersect. The southern border continues down Morse Street, Maple Street, Nonantum Road, and back to Charles River. The perimeter ends north of Charles River Park. The transition to the eastern border traverses through Greenough Boulevard and into Coolidge Avenue until the edge meets Halcyon Lake. This perimeter continues as it connects to Fountain Avenue and up Daphne Path. This point shifts to the north boundary, which directs parallel to Pine Avenue and Elm Avenue before moving up through Belmont Avenue. You’ll pass by Fence man, Heal Veterinary Clinic, Belmont Dramatic Club, and Hardy Spa. The border cuts off from Lexington and moves toward the end of Thayer Road. From this point, the northwest edge connects to Wayne Avenue and Longfellow Road until it reaches Charles River Greenway.
